Founder & Director
Lily has spent over thirty years in Irish social care, including 12 years as a member of the Senior Management Team of a large national disability and mental health service. That background gives her a first-hand understanding of what makes a Healthcare Assistant genuinely work-ready — not just on paper, but in practice.
She founded CarePath Sourcing to bring that experience to one of the sector's most pressing needs: sustainable, quality staffing, sourced and interviewed the right way.

How we work
Our mission is to raise the standard of care delivered to vulnerable people in Ireland — by giving care providers the skilled, well-supported staff they need to do their work well.
Direct Founder involvement
CarePath Sourcing is built around direct founder involvement in every placement — every candidate is interviewed in person, not through agency intermediaries.
On the ground in South Africa
We interview candidates in person at various locations across South Africa, with our team travelling over every 12–16 weeks to meet and verify them face to face against Irish Care Standards.
Administration
Our administration team keeps the details right — documentation, scheduling and communication — so clients and candidates always know where things stand.
